About the Role

We’re looking for an Airtable Builder who is energised by turning complex workflows into clean, elegant solutions and loves Airtable (as much as we do).

In this role, you’ll own the design and delivery of Airtable solutions for enterprise clients, working closely with stakeholders to understand what they actually need (which isn’t always what they ask for), and building systems that drive business outcomes. You’ll work as part of a cross-functional team, bringing the Airtable expertise that moves projects forward.

This role suits someone who’s just as comfortable in a client workshop as they are deep in a complex base. You’ll consult, build, iterate, and create solutions that solve real client problems.

What You'll Do

Design and deliver robust Airtable solutions across large-scale enterprise engagements, from discovery through to handover
Facilitate workshops and design sprints with client stakeholders to surface requirements and align on outcomes
Translate ambiguous business problems into clean, scalable builds that solve real problems
Manage client feedback loops and iterate solutions to keep pace with evolving needs
Manage client feedback to enhance the Airtable solution
Support clients in building Airtable capability in-house, not just dependency on us

What You'll Bring

You’ll be a fantastic fit for the Airtable Builder role if:

3+ years in a client-facing role, preferably in consulting, solutions design, or a related delivery context
Deep, hands-on Airtable expertise: you know its capabilities and its limits
A portfolio of Airtable builds that demonstrate end-to-end ownership
Strong communication skills: you can explain a complex data model to someone who has never heard the word “schema”
Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments where you often have to create structure as you go
